Academy Recruitment Information
INTRODUCTION
Below you will find the details for the position including any supplementary documentation and questions you should review before applying. All candidates inducted into the LSPD through this process will get the rank of 'Police Cadet' - As a Cadet, you will have to go through the academy and graduate after which you will be assigned the rank of Police Officer I.
IC REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be over the age of Twenty (20) years.
• Physically and mentally fit with no recent history of mental illness.
• Must have an overall mature attitude.
• Ability to solve problems in a neutral manner.
• Must have basic knowledge of San Andreas State Penal Code.
• Willing be willing to respect & take commands from higher ranking personnel.
• No recent harsh criminal record. LSPA officers may deny any application based on criminal record if they deem
it necessary.
• You must not contact any LSPD member regarding your application.
• If you don't show up within two weeks after your application gets accepted, it will be denied afterwards.
Los Santos Police Academy's instructors may deny any application for any/no reason. You may challenge their decision with a Senior Instructor+.

• Must be able to speak & write English properly.
• Must be able to respect colleagues, especially higher ranking personnel.
• Must have an overall mature attitude.
• Must be able to maintain activity
• Must have at least 2 hours of total playtime.
• You must not contact any LSPD member regarding your application.
• Must not have any recent harsh administrative record.
• Must wait 14 days before re-applying from the last time your application was denied even if you change your
name.
All requirements must be thoroughly read and strictly followed. If you believe you do not meet any of the aforementioned requirements, do NOT apply.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Step 1 - Recruitment Application
• Fill out the application (format below) with authentic information. Do NOT copy anything from any other applicant.
• LSPA Instructors go through the application and perform background checks on information provided in order to determine that
everything is authentic.
• Instructors discuss whether the application should be accepted or not, if accepted, the applicant is called in for an interview.
Step 2 - Interview & Fitness Test
• A LSPA Instructor takes your interview. In the interview, you'll be asked various questions which will determine whether you're fit to join the LSPD or not. These questions will test your mental capabilities.
• After passing the QnA stage, your physical fitness will be evaluated. LSPA Instructor will give you various tasks in order to determine whether you're physically fit or not.
Step 3 - Cadet Period
• A 7-days training period will determine if you're ready to officially enlist within the Los Santos Police Department.
• Various LSPA Instructors will give you trainings which will be recorded in your PR.
